Beginning October 1, 2008, clients that have a new roof on homes older than 10 years are now eligible for a discount of up to 10% off their premium. This is significant premium savings for those that have replaced their roofs recently including those roofs damaged from storms. Studies have shown that newer roofs withstand hail damage better than old roofs which allows Nodak Mutual to pass those savings on to our clients.
